I'm disappointed that I wasted my time reading this book and I read it while IN PRISON. Arguably, a place associated with plenty of time.
The cover promises `amazing true events'. What's amazing is the chronic incorrect use of capitalization, commas, and italics. Run-on sentences are the norm. Ouch, reading this hurts my eyes.
Improper grammar was so prevalent that I was distracted from the story. Maybe that was a blessing. The plot was pitifully pithy and vapid. Name dropping designer labels is not character development!
Poor character and plot development aside, the kiss of death for this `financial crime' exposé was the inept description and detail of the supposedly sophisticated high-tech business transactions.
Sadly, the author does not have a modicum of business acumen or understanding of finance beyond newspaper buzzwords, particularly the secondary mortgage market, international banking and international trusts.

This was a pretty good read and held my attention from the very first page....The book kept my interest and me anticipating what will happen next. Just goes to show u have to be careful of the company u keep and ppl will do anything for love and the love of money.
